Watercolor House Painting

Thank you for considering me to paint your lovely home! Available in 3 sizes, hand painted on 100% cotton watercolor paper with watercolor and gouache, these custom paintings make quality, meaningful gifts for others or for yourself. Perfect for new homeowners, closing days, Christmas, and everything in between!

Here's how it works:

First place your order selecting the size you want, then send me a message (livbrooks@owlery54.com) with the following information and photos:

- A clear photo of the house in the daylight, from the angle you want it painted

- Anything you would like changed from photo to painting: door color, shutter color, trees in yard, light posts, flags, leave off garage etc.

- House colors: look at the photo and think "If I didn't know what color the house is, would I be able to tell from this photo?" Cameras and lighting are so finicky - if its not totally obvious from the picture, please tell me the colors of the siding, roof, shutters, and front door if applicable!

- Anything you want lettered below (optional) - street name, year, family name, city, etc.

- After I have your order and have all the info I need I will begin creating your portrait! Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
