I'm interested in a custom order, how long will this take?

Timelines will vary based on the nature of the commission. Paintings like Love Stories and Name Signs currently have a processing time of 4-6 weeks before they are shipped. More customized projects like Wedding Invitations, or any new ideas you have that aren't listed in my shop will take longer to complete.

My order says it's delivered, but I haven't received it yet.

This happens occasionally with smaller orders like stickers, and the package will typically show up within 1-3 business days after reading delivered! If after 3 days, you still haven't received your order, send me a message at livbrooks@owlery54.com.
